<Shipping>

We post to anywhere in the world. Parcels within Spain are sent by Standard mail and parcels to both within and outside of Europe are sent via Airmail.

 

<Payment Methods>

Our primary method of payment is Paypal. However, we can arrange for payment via bank transfer or cash.

 

<Stock Levels> 

Please note that from time to time we may not have your size in stock. If this is the case we will contact you via email. You will be given the opportunity to choose a different item or size, wait until we do have your size in stock, or be offered a full refund.

 

<Returns>

All items are hand picked and checked for faults prior to being dispatched. If, however, your item is faulty contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Please ensure that you select the right sizes for all products.  

 

<Members>

Please note that some items in the store are only available to club members. These items are clearly labelled as members only. If you are not a member do NOT attempt to order any of these items as you will NOT succeed!

 

<Leather Goods> 

All of our leather items are handmade to order in the UK. For this reason please allow up to 28 days for delivery (longer if we are posting outside of Europe).

 

<Support Stall>
